KC Milan ‘Smiles For Soccer’ Referral Program

It can cost anywhere from $500 to $1,000 or more annually for a child to play competitive soccer in Kansas City. Most families can afford to make this commitment but unfortunately some can’t. KC Milan tries to work with these families and offers payment plans, scholarships, etc. Our club goal is to not leave any player behind but unfortunately this isn’t always the case.

Program Details:

Every time a patient is referred by KC Milan to Byars Dental Office another young player will have the opportunity to take the field and play the game they love.

When KC Milan members, friends or family refer a patient to Dr. Byars Dental Office he in turn will donate $25 to the KC Milan Smiles For Soccer Scholarship Fund. This money will be used to help a player in need pay their soccer fees.

The friend that made the referral will receive a $25 gift certificate to either Target or 54th Street Grill and Bar when the referral patient completes a comprehensive dental examination.
