Registration FAQs

Spring Brackets - check this to make sure your team is in the correct division for the Spring season. When you select the correct division on this form we will make sure your team is correctly placed.

Requesting Dates Off - you can select up to 6 dates off. Examples for dates off include: tournament play, coach out of town, spring break, Mother’s Day, etc. There are no games scheduled Easter (April 8).

Adding / Dropping Players - if you are adding any players submit those names and we will be in touch to get additional information. If you are dropping any players the player card(s) needs to be turned back in to KC Milan.

Spring Fees - Players on U9 teams and below will be invoiced the week of January 16. Those invoices will be due upon receipt. Spring fees for teams U10 and above are included in the monthly fees.

Spring Practice Locations - we have secured the following locations for practice and will be assigning teams soon. If you have a location and don’t need one of these fields please let us know on the form.
